BACHMANN HO 1:87 SLOT CAR RED CHAPARRAL 2F GROVEBUSTER CHASSIS Ready For the Race Track This sale consists of one (1) HO 1:87 scale slotcar runner. Bachmann red Chaparral 2F Stock Number 9110. This slotcar was manufactured in 1973 and featured the GROOVEBUSTERS chassis. The chassis runs strong when tested with a 9V battery. The body is in good condition and is missing may of the stock decals. The front screw is also missing. This is a hard car to locate in any condition. I WILL LET THE OVERSIZED FOTO(s) SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES - OVERALL CONDITION IS MUCH BETTER THAN POOR Q: Hi, has the spoiler been broken and reglued? A: Yes. I looked closely at the spoiler and see blobs of clear glue. I added another image from the inside which shows both spoiler posts, so the break must have been from above. I suppose that there is a small chance that someone just glued the spoiler to prevent removal, but I doubt it. I would have placed the glue at the spoiler posts from inside the body to prevent removing the spoiler.
