Q - What is Request NEW Password?

A - Every member must Log In to use many of the features. When you try to Log In and see the red warning Your Username and/or Password is incorrect you can use the Have You Lost or Forgotten Your Password link to Request NEW Password. ATTENTION Your Username and Password each are CASE SENSITIVE and MUST be typed in EXACTLY as they exist. For Example:

If your Username is AUGUST, it is NOT augUST, AUGust, aUgUsT, AuGuSt, august, etc.
If your Password is fifteenth, it is NOT fifTEENTH, FIFteenth, fIfThTeEnTh, FiFtEeNtH, FIFTEENTH, etc.
